Once I receive payment and accepted or started your commission, there will be no refunds. (Unless stated otherwise)
When I finish and send you the finished commission, you can not ask for refund at that time either.
You may ask for changes within 48 Hrs. of the finished product.
The prices do not include the rights to the artwork for commercial use. As the artist, I still hold rights to the image to use as examples and etc.
For Stream or Business purposes: After the commission is complete, the artwork and the branding belongs to you but I as creator still hold the rights to use the images as I see fit.
I hold the rights to decline any commission, for any reason.

Keep in mind:
Commission's are usually first come first serve, if a commission needs to be done by a certain deadline please let me know. I'll let you know if I can make the deadline in time!
I only take about 2 or 3 requests a week, so please consider that I may not have finished your commission by a predicted time.
Once your form has been accepted I will send a PayPal (or alt payment) invoice to you. I will only start the commission once the full payment is received.
